How to read the numbers
Fixed price, not hourly. The figure is what the piece costs to build and hand over working. Build days are our days, shown so you can see the size of each piece — you are not billed by the day.
Phases overlap. Two items running at once do not take twice the calendar time. Once you've ticked, we'll come back with dates, not just a total.
Third-party costs are yours and are not included — GoHighLevel seats, hosting, domains, and per-use AI charges. Where an item has a running cost of ours, it's the line marked monthly.
One estimate is deliberately soft. Website Maintenance is priced for the WordPress sites, and we don't yet know how many of your sites are WordPress rather than GoHighLevel pages. The inventory answers it, and if the number is small we re-quote downward rather than bill for scope that isn't there.
Estimates hold for 30 days from the date on this page, and assume we get the access each item names.
